BEST WESTERN HOTEL DU PONT WILSON, Lyon – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of Lyon, close to the River Rhone, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had nice bathrooms, although there was a slight damp issue in the bathroom. The service was incredibly helpful and welcoming at every visit. The dining experience offered a variety of choices, much better than expected. However, there were some issues with mosquitoes. The hotel's central location made it easy to access transportation options.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its spacious rooms offering fantastic views. While the rooms were a bit dated, the ongoing renovations promise a modern touch soon. The service was top-notch, especially with the small breakfast arranged for my early departure. The location, though not perfect, was convenient, close to key areas, and provided a great view from the top floor room. The dining options catered to various tastes, even though some items were missing, and the facilities were overall satisfactory with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, despite a slight smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room, was comfortable, clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was central, close to the city center, but noise from outside was a downside. The service was friendly and accommodating, though there were some communication issues. The dining options were adequate but not exceptional, and a bit pricey. The facilities met my needs during the stay.
